Running

- Fall / Summer: Xoskin Ankle Sock – even if you run through a puddle in winter, your feet won’t feel wet.
- Winter: Smartwool Performance Run Targeted Cushion Mid Crew Socks – Unisex
- Trail: Altra Lone Peak All-Weather Trail Running Shoes
- Road: Altra Escalante 3 Road Running Shoes
- Fall: lululemon Fast and Free High-Rise Tight with Pockets
- Fall: lululemon Swiftly Tech Long-Sleeve Shirt 2.0
- Winter: Smartwool Merino 250 Baselayer Crew – there is a more economical option at Costco most winters.
- Winter: lululemon Down for it All Jacket – I have two of these. It’s the best.
- Spring / Fall: lululemon Mist Over Windbreaker. My previous favorite was the Arcteryx Atom Hoodie but its been discontinued.
- Summer: lululemon Speed Up Low-Rise Lined Short 2.5″ the 4″ shorts can create chafing if you have chubby thighs but the short 2.5″ are great.
- Summer: lululemon Align High Rise Short – these aren’t running shorts but I still run in them
- Summer: lululemon Swiftly Tech Racerback Tank Top
- lululemon Run Times Bra High Support – some of their bras are hit or miss, it really depends on individual fit.
- Under Armour Pure Stretch Thong – I have like 20 pairs of these.
Yoga

- lululemon Align High Rise Short
- lululemon Align High Rise Pant – what I love about Align fabric is that it dries incredibly quickly after hot yoga. It’s the absolute best.
- lululemon Swiftly Tech Racerback Tank Top
- lululemon Energy Bra
Yes, I know, a lot of lululemon, and yes, I make a very small commission if you buy, but that is really what I wear most of the time because they are awesome. Not their shoes, though.
Gym

All of the above. I usually wear my yoga clothes to the gym in the morning, and then go to yoga after work in the same outfit. I wear the Altra Escalante road shoes noted above to the gym. Or the Altra Solstice XT.
Unlike many women, I do wear a shirt to the gym, usually the Swiftly Tech Short Sleeve but in the winter, my favorite is Wundermost Ultra-Soft Nulu Long Sleeve.
Accessories

- lululemon The Mat 5MM – smells funny at first but it fades. Minimum slippage as compared to other mats.
- Car seat cover – for after runs and hot yoga.
- Apple Airpods – I have the Airpods Pro for work for the noise cancelation feature but the ear buds make a weird sound in my ear when I run. For running I recommend the original.
- Apple Watch 41mm – I have the Apple Watch to track sleep, my menstrual cycle steps, etc. I feed this information into the Morpheus system to track my overall recovery and cardiovascular health.
